To use the wisbet platform, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.
Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one active account with wisbet. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names or identities — is strictly prohibited. wisbet uses technical and analytical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, balances will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals will be cancelled.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. wisbet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You must notify wisbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. wisbet is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your name, address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your profile promptly. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay withdrawal processing and trigger additional verification requirements.
wisbet operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and responsible gaming best practices. Verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at the discretion of wisbet's compliance team.

If a Player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a KYC request, wisbet reserves the right to restrict account functionality, suspend withdrawals, or close the account entirely. wisbet accepts deposits via the following verified Indonesian payment channels: BCA bank transfer, BRI bank transfer, BNI bank transfer, Mandiri bank transfer, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have not completed KYC verification are subject to lower daily and monthly deposit caps.
Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your wisbet account within 5–15 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited within 2–5 minutes. wisbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank system outages.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned to the source, and the associated player account may be suspended pending investigation.
wisbet does not charge any fees for standard deposit transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside wisbet's control. Please consult your payment provider for their applicable charges.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, provided that account is registered in the Player's verified name. wisbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits depend on the Player's account tier and KYC verification status. VIP-tier members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits as outlined in the separate VIP Program Terms.
wisbet targets withdrawal processing within five minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB; Saturday, 08:00–15:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours are queued and processed at the next available banking window. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are processed seven days a week and typically complete within 15 minutes.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met: (a) KYC verification has been completed successfully; (b) the deposit associated with the withdrawal has cleared standard fraud review; (c) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully satisfied; (d) no active investigation, dispute, or account restriction is in place.
Important: Attempting to withdraw funds that have not been wagered in good faith — for example, depositing solely to claim a bonus and withdrawing without genuine gameplay — constitutes an abuse of the platform and may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal and closure of the account.
wisbet offers a variety of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and constitute part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount on qualifying sports betting markets or eligible slot titles before any withdrawal is permitted. Specific games and bet types may contribute differently or not at all toward wagering requirements — refer to the applicable promotion page for full details.
Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active will result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus. wisbet recommends completing or explicitly declining any active bonus before opting into a new one.
Bonus funds that have not been fully wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion's individual terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated under any circumstances.
wisbet monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts; low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; using bonus funds exclusively on high-RTP games to systematically reduce house edge. Where abuse is identified, wisbet reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and close the account.
wisbet regularly offers promotions tied to significant Indonesian cultural events and sporting calendar highlights — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major Timnas Indonesia international fixtures. These seasonal promotions carry their own specific terms and are valid only during the stated promotional period.
All bets are subject to acceptance by wisbet. wisbet reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a bet slip reference number has been issued and the bet is reflected in your account transaction history.
In the event that a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or market feed malfunction, wisbet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's account. wisbet will not honor bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, regardless of whether the error was caught before or after the event settled.
wisbet offers betting markets on domestic and international football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia matches), badminton, basketball, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), volleyball, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability is subject to change and may vary by season and event scheduling.
Markets including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) and voor bola (Asian handicap betting lines) are available on eligible football markets subject to applicable minimum and maximum stake limits. These products carry their own settlement rules as published in the Sports Betting Rules document available on the platform.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or settled at any point during an event at wisbet's discretion, particularly in circumstances of technical disruption, unexpected event interruption, or when the outcome of a market becomes sufficiently certain. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
All slot and casino game outcomes on the wisbet platform are generated by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) figures are disclosed on individual game pages where available. wisbet is not responsible for network interruptions during a game session, but will endeavor to resolve any resulting disputes in good faith based on server-side transaction logs.
wisbet offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) products. Draw results are sourced from officially published outcomes. Any discrepancy between displayed results and officially published figures will be resolved in favor of the official source. Togel betting is subject to the specific game rules published in the Togel section of the platform.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the wisbet platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
wisbet may suspend or restrict an account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; or receipt of a legal instruction requiring account restriction.
Following investigation of a suspended account, wisbet may elect to permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting, all associated balances are forfeited. In cases of administrative closure (e.g., the Player no longer meets eligibility criteria), the verified real-money balance will be returned via the original deposit method, minus any applicable processing costs.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting wisbet's customer support team. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within five business days. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests submitted during an active self-exclusion period are processed under the Responsible Gaming Policy rather than standard closure procedures.
All content on the wisbet platform — including but not limited to the wisbet brand name, logo, design elements, software, game interfaces, odds data, written content, images, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of wisbet or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the wisbet platform without prior written consent from wisbet. Unauthorized use of wisbet's intellectual property may result in account closure and legal proceedings.
wisbet endeavors to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, wisbet does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, server downtime, network failures, or events beyond wisbet's reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service provider failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wisbet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wisbet expressly excludes all liability for: indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; reputational damage; or any claim arising from a Player's reliance on information presented on the platform as betting or investment advice. Gambling involves risk, and Players accept that losses are a natural and foreseeable outcome of participation.
Disclaimer: Nothing in this Limitation of Liability section excludes or restricts wisbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
